Head Chef Yogesh Datta and Kansili Brahmanand have been trained
in Classical Indian cooking and have had success working for the
Taj Group and Sheraton Hotels in India. They began to experiment
and develop their innovative techniques whilst at Tabla in Canary
Wharf but have now been given free reign at The Painted Heron.
Their new take on Indian cooking has been re-exported to India
where their recipes have proven to be a success in restaurants
and homes alike.
